Breakfast kickstarts your metabolism and gives your body energy to sustain you throughout the day, especially during the month of Ramadan. But finding the motivation to prepare a filling and healthy breakfast so early in the morning can be difficult, right?
So, we've prepared some quick and easy recipes that are guaranteed to sparkle your tastebuds while also giving you a boost of energy and nutrition.

APPLE CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS with COCONUT KAYA GRANOLA
Difficulty Level: 1/5 | Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet Apple Cinnamon Goodness Bowl
- ⅓ cup (80ml) plant-based milk, or regular milk
- Coconut Kaya Granola
Method:
- Pour the Apple Cinnamon Goodness Bowl into a preferred container or glass jar.
- Pour ⅓ cup of chilled milk of choice and stir well. Close the lid tight.
- Keep refrigerated overnight for at least 4-6 hours to ensure oats are fully soaked.
- Stir and top it off with Coconut Kaya Granola for added crunch. Yum!
SALTED GULA MELAKA GRANOLA FRENCH TOAST
Difficulty Level: 2/5 | Prep Time: 10 Mins | Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Salted Gula Melaka Granola
- 2/3 cup Whole Milk
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Nut Butter for serving
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 6 slices Brioche Bread
- Cooking Spray, (Canola oil)
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium. Spray with canola spray oil.
- Dip slices of bread into egg mixture, turning to coat. Let excess drip off bread, then carefully move bread on griddle and cook for about 4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining slices of bread.
- Serve with Almond Butter and Salted Gula Melaka Granola for extra nutty and caramel flavour!
KURMA SMOOTHIE with ALMOND BUTTER & HAZELNUT BLACKFOREST GRANOLA

Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup of extra smooth Almond Nut Butter
- 1 cup of plant based milk
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 2 noses Dates of your choice
- 2 tablespoons of Hazelnut Blackforest Granola
Method:
- In a blender, combine the milk, frozen banana, cinnamon, Almond Nut Butter and dates. Bend all ingredients together.
- Top it off with Hazelnut Blackforest Granola for a chocolate crunch. Enjoy!
